Access Healthcare Services Inc. (AHS) is looking for RPNs with a passion for home and community care to join our growing team.
The Registered Practical Nurse will provide high quality, client centred nursing care to all patients assigned to their caseload. This includes but is not limited to completing client assessments and treatment regimes (including medication administration), evaluating and updating care plans and undertaking client education and health promotion activities. The RPN will work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care is provided. The RPN also adheres to the principles of quality documentation and maintenance of client health records at all times.

The experience we are looking for:
- 1 year nursing experience preferred but not essential
